Processing / Shipping

Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days, but this timeline is subject to change as all of the items in our shop are made to order. Once your package ships, please allow 1-5 business days for the package to be delivered (U.S. ONLY) Please keep in mind these are estimates from USPS and not guarantees. If you need your order by a certain date, we encourage you to leave a note and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Returns/Exchanges

We make every item to order, and as a small business, we don't offer traditional returns or exchanges. Your understanding means a lot. If there's an issue with your order or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 72 hours with photos of any defects. We'll do our best to assist you!

Cancellations/Changes

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing the order. After this time, changes may not be guaranteed as we begin processing your order immediately. If your package has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your package is marked as shipped, we're unable to cancel or refund your order. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

To ensure accurate delivery, please double-check your shipping information during checkout. If you discover an error, email us as soon as possible for corrections! Once shipped, we won't be able to change the address and cannot offer refunds or free replacements for any "wrong" location due to customer-provided incorrect shipping information. Your timely attention is appreciated.

Delayed/Lost Orders

While we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we're here to support you. If your order is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, please check your mailbox and inquire with neighbors. If issues persist, please contact USPS for a claim, and we'll assist with any information you need.
